We are currently in transition to a new beautiful facility. As we await our move, use of our sauna and water therapy will not be available. All of our products and acupuncture and bodywork services will continue to be offered at 110 Algoma Blvd. until our move in early 2025.​​

Our Olive & Iris Botanicals product line is available in store and online.  Made with the highest quality herbs right here in Downtown Oshkosh.​

 

We carry soaking salts, infused body oils, aromatherapeutic roll on's and sprays, and herbal teas and well tonics.  Our intention is for your self care to become a priority.  Our products encourage you to take time at home to nurture yourself.

Megan Bartelt is the proud owner of Bartelt Holistic Health, a center for healing + wellness established in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Megan's mission is to provide a space for restoration. The process starts with listening carefully and communicating clearly. Megan strives to serve the highest quality of care gently, in a safe, comfortable environment.​​

How should I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothing if possible, sheets and robes are also available. Eat a small amount of food before treatment. Always notify your practitioner if you are pregnant. Refrain from extreme exertion the day of your treatment.

This depends upon how many treatments you are seeking. However, we suggest approximately 1-hour of time to allow for changing, checking in/out, and time to enjoy our Organic Juice Bar located across the hall.

What are the needles like?

What are the needles like?

Acupuncture needles are very fine, about the width of a human hair. Needles are sterile and single use only.

Will it hurt?

Acupuncture needles are virtually painless. A mere prick of the skin may be felt during needle insertion, but any pain you feel will be very short-term. If you decide at any point in the treatment you are no longer comfortable, Megan can safely and quickly remove the needles for you.

The amount of treatments a person needs depends on the nature, severity, and chronicity of the problem. Acupuncture promotes your own healing capabilities, and the rate at which a body heals is very individual.
