Hanna Camerena
Licensed Midwife
Certified Professional Midwife
Hanna Camarena is a licensed and certified midwife serving women and their babies in Oshkosh and the surrounding area. After experiencing midwifery care and a water birth of her first child, she knew she had to go into birth work. After being a doula in the community for a few years, she began a midwifery apprenticeship to have a more direct positive effect on prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences of women that she felt was lacking in Oshkosh.
She has been attending births outside of the hospital for 5 years, and feels it is her life path to be in service to women in this transformative time. With extra training and certification to better understand and care for you in the postpartum period, 5 years of hands on experience, certified lactation support, and 6 years of personal breastfeeding experience, as well as having 3 physiologic births herself, Hanna is ready to care for you holistically and in the most evidence-based way possible.
If birthing at home, breastfeeding your baby, and receiving optimal postpartum care sounds like something you’re interested in, reach out to Hanna at her email:
